This market will resolve to "Yes" if the European Union imposes any new or increased tariffs on the United States between February 1, and April 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Any tariff which is officially enacted within the market's time frame will qualify, regardless of when the tariff goes into effect. Only tariffs specifically targeting the U.S. will qualify. For example, a global tariff (tariffs on all imports into the EU) will not count toward this market's resolution.
