This market will resolve to "Yes" if New York Governor Kathy Hochul signs the Responsible Data Center Development Act (A11560/S10642) into law by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A signature made on the condition that the Legislature later amends the bill will count. The primary resolution source is the New York State Senate's legislation tracker (https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/bills/2025/S10642) and other official information from the government of New York, however other credible reporting may be used.
