This market will resolve to "Yes" if Melania Trump initiates a lawsuit against Hunter Biden by August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be statements from relevant courts, Melania Trump, Hunter Biden, Melania’s legal team, or any of their legal representatives. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
