Will Elon visit the Western Wall before August?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Elon Musk physically visits the Western Wall in Jerusalem between July 9 and July 31, 2025 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". To qualify, Elon Musk must visit the main open area of the Western Wall Plaza in Jerusalem within this market's timeframe. The Western Wall Plaza is defined as the large, open, publicly accessible area directly in front of the Western Wall. Visiting other areas of Jerusalem will not qualify. The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
