Will the US confirm SSN hack in August?

On August 14 it was reported that a hacker group called "USDoD" stole the Social Security numbers of every American from National Public Data. You can read more about that here: https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2024-08-13/hacker-claims-theft-of-every-american-social-security-number This market will resolve to "Yes" if any US federal agency definitively states that a majority of or all Americans' social security numbers were stolen in this hack by August 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
