Will OpenAI be for-profit by March?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if OpenAI, currently a non-profit organization, publicly announces it has transitioned to a for-profit entity by March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purposes of this market, the announcement must specify that the transition has already occurred. The primary resolution source for this market will be an official announcement by OpenAI itself or a recognized spokesperson for the organization. Announcements made by 3rd parties will not count toward a "Yes" resolution.
