Today it was announced that Joe Biden will give a speech about his withdrawal from the 2024 US Presidential election on July 24. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Biden resigns the US Presidency, or announces he will resign the US Presidency, during that speech. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If Biden announces he will resign it will be sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes" regardless of whether he later resigns. If this speech is cancelled, or Biden does not deliver such a speech by July 24, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be information from the US government and a consensus of credible reporting.
