EDL declared terrorist org in August?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the English Defense League (EDL) is declared a proscribed terrorist organization by the government of the United Kingdom between August 8 and August 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of the UK (e.g. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/266038/List_of_Proscribed_organisations.pdf).
