Drone detection legislation passes in 2024?

On December 15, Chuck Schumer posted that he was working to pass a bill in the US senate designed to give local law enforcement more tools for drone detection. You can read more about that here: https://bsky.app/profile/schumer.senate.gov/post/3ldefr423gc24 This market will resolve to "Yes" if any bill is signed into US federal law that is designed to provide states, counties, or municipalities an enhanced capacity to detect or track drones in their airspace between December 15 and December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
