In the second half of the college football game between West Virginia State and Robert Morris, scheduled for September 5 at 6:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "West Virginia State" if West Virginia State outscore Robert Morris in the second half. This market will resolve to "Robert Morris" if Robert Morris outscore West Virginia State in the second half. If both teams score the same number of points in the second half, this market will resolve 50-50. Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
