In the second half of the college football game between North Carolina Central and Delaware State, scheduled for October 23 at 5:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "North Carolina Central" if North Carolina Central outscore Delaware State in the second half. This market will resolve to "Delaware State" if Delaware State outscore North Carolina Central in the second half. If both teams score the same number of points in the second half, this market will resolve 50-50. Points scored in the second half and in any overtime count toward this market. First-half points are not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
