X data center fire confirmed arson before July?

A fire broke out on the morning of May 22, 2025, at a data center in Hillsboro, Oregon, leased by Elon Musk’s company X (formerly Twitter). (see: https://www.wired.com/story/elon-musk-x-datacenter-fire/) This market will resolve to “Yes” if definitive evidence confirming the fire at the X data center in Hillsboro, Oregon, involved foul play is released by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Statements from any U.S. government agency indicating that there was foul play will qualify for a "Yes" resolution. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from any U.S. government agency, law enforcement agencies, or courts; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
