On March 14, Pornhub announced that it had blocked access to its content in Texas after a federal appeals court upheld a Texas law requiring pornography sites to institute age-verification measures (see https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/pornhub-disables-website-texas-rcna143502). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Pornhub announces that it has restored access for users in Texas by March 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be official information from Pornhub. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used to determine whether Pornhub restored access in Texas.
