This market will resolve to "Yes" if at the close of the first trading day of Instacart's IPO, Instacart has a market cap over $20,000,000,000. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
If Instacart does not have an IPO by December 31, 2023, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.
The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible sources for Instacart's market cap at close.
