Boeing Max 9 cleared to fly by Friday?

On Jan 8 regulators grounded the Boeing 737 Max 9 aircraft model after part of an Alaska Airlines plane's fuselage fell off. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Boeing 737 Max 9 is cleared to fly by the FAA by Friday, January 12, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, and "No" otherwise. The resolution source will be official information from the FAA, however a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.
