Will Solana SIMD-0228 be approved?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if SIMD-0228 is approved in the ongoing vote according to the official Solana governance process. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If the ongoing vote fails, or otherwise ends without SIMD-0228 being passed, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source will be the official Solana governance platform and credible reporting on the outcome of the vote.
